The regular yoga Arts, Transforming the World One Breath At a Time and Our belief is that Yoga is a way of life and it does not comprise of physical asanas as perceived but also is also inclusive of thoughts, food and one’s interaction with its environment and how it applies to daily life so that you get the true potential of better living as an individual and furthermore as a society.
Regular Group Yoga classes are conducted daily, in the morning and at evening. These classes are held under the direct supervision of master and his team of yoga experts.
